Find Your Balance - Q&A

What is Reformer Pilates?

An effective full-body workout on a special machine called the Reformer. It makes you stronger, improves your posture, and increases your flexibility – all while being gentle on your joints.

Do I need prior Pilates experience?

Not at all! Our classes are suitable for all levels. We’ll guide you step by step through the exercises.

How often should I practice Reformer Pilates?

Even 1–2 sessions per week make a difference. For faster results, we recommend 2–3 sessions per week.

Do I need to book in advance, or can I just drop in?

Since our spots are limited, we recommend booking in advance. If there’s a free spot last minute, you’re more than welcome to join!

How early should I arrive before class?

Arrive about 10 minutes before class to settle in and get comfortable.

What if I’m not flexible?

Then you’re in the right place! Flexibility is not a requirement – it will naturally improve with every session.
