We're Hanim & Melisa an aunt–niece duo connected by a deep love for Reformer Pilates. Our story is closely tied to Lucerne: the same apprenticeship school, the same school where we earned our Matura and today, the same vision.
For a long time, we couldn't find a studio in Lucerne that met our standards for quality, atmosphere, and consistency. Melisa even commuted to Zurich once or twice a week for group classes. That gap sparked an idea: why not create the studio we'd been looking for?
That's how Balance Club was born, Reformer Pilates with uncompromising quality, right in the heart of Lucerne. A place where our values can be felt: precise training, personal guidance, and a space for you to find your balance.

Having experienced first-hand the transformative power of movement, she is passionate about sharing it with others. Her Reformer Pilates classes are a journey of self-discovery, challenging limiting beliefs while keeping things fun, leaving you feeling strong, empowered, and victorious.
Triana
Pilates entered her life at 12, and she never looked back. Now Polestar-certified and backed by more than 20 years of experience, her classes blend precision, creativity, and genuine care, always with a touch of Mexican spice.
